Who are we?

Bow Valley Climate Action is a group of locals who are deeply concerned about climate change. We live, work, and play in the Bow Valley. As a registered non-profit society made up of volunteers, we always welcome new members!

How do we work?

We actively engage with the Bow Valley community and all levels of government. We strive to keep climate change a top-of-mind issue for the community and, especially, for decision makers. We meet monthly to share ideas, plan upcoming events and activities, and discuss progress.

What do we seek to achieve?

We believe that individual as well as collective action on climate can make a difference. We seek to accelerate that action. Our goal is to galvanize citizen engagement in the Bow Valley, promoting civil citizen dialogue that spurs individual and collective action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
