Call out for Volunteers!
In 2022, BVCA will be running events as part of our Envisioning and Preparing for our Low-Carbon Future Project, and we could use your help. Please email bowvalleyclimateaction@gmail.com if you are interested in any of the volunteer roles above, and we can chat about what would be a good fit for you!
Event Volunteer: We will connect with you ahead of events and seek on-the-ground support (i.e. set up/ registration/ photography/ take down/ etc.)
Engagement Volunteer: Help us spread the message in the community about upcoming events/ programs (i.e. postering, emailing local organizations, sharing with your personal networks, writing op-eds for paper about why you are excited for an upcoming event, etc.)
Content Volunteer: Offer your knowledge about electric vehicles, sustaianble buildings, or low-carbon food to help guide us in our projects, or support our local policy work.
